2025年1月20日第47代アメリカ合衆国大統領就任
本当におめでとうございます。
私は2020年の前回の大統領選挙から2021年1月20日のバイデン大統領就任式の朝まで、
一部始終を日本国で見守り応援していました。
それにより私も当時Twitterのアカウントを凍結されたことを、思い出します。
数々の選挙妨害、不正投票、不正選挙、言論弾圧、言論封殺、
悪意に満ちた偏向報道、訴訟、果ては暗殺未遂事件三度と、この四年間の
心労と苦痛、屈辱は如何ばかりかとお察し致します。
これらの経験を経ての、今回の47代大統領就任は、快挙であり、前代未聞と言えます。
最大の賛辞で称えたいと思います。
我々はアメリカ国で言う、ハバナ症候群、エレクトロニクスハラスメント、
マイクロウェイブアタック、ギャングストーキング、音声送信、思考盗聴等のターゲッテッド・インディビジュアル
遠隔から非接触の心理的拷問、身体的拷問を受けている者です。
私もTIであり、日本のTI被害者の会の代表をしている、seiichi oshikoshiと申します。
トランプ大統領は前回の就任時に北朝鮮による、日本人拉致被害者の横田めぐみさんの母親と
会い、その解決を訪朝した際に金正恩にノートパソコンを見せながら話したと聞いています。
今世界に於けるTIとは、フィンランドの暗殺されたラウニ・キルデ博士の言葉を借りれば、
『壁のない牢屋』に入れられているのと同じであると言いますが、私は、この北朝鮮に
拉致された日本人と同じくらいの問題であり被害者だと考えています。
日本国政府におきましてはTIやハバナ症候群のような事例は認識なく、報道もせず、
国民は全く知らせられていない状態で、
この事を言うと、陰謀論や統合失調症とかたずけられます。
日本にもハバナ症候群と同じような症状を訴える人々は１万人以上存在します。
私はトランプ大統領と共に尊敬している、ロバートケネディージュニアの
今までのコロナやワクチンに対する主張にも賛同致しています、
またSDGS、カーボンニュートラル、地球温暖化、EV車普及等のアジェンダにも疑問を
持つものでもあります。
トランプ大統領の仰るディープステート、グローバリストの推進する方向性に
意義を唱えると、言論弾圧、監視による人権侵害、果ては頭がおかしいと言われます。
現在の日本国政府は、欧米以上に麻痺し、認識の差が大きく、
今トランプ大統領が行おうとしている根本的な変革が理解できていません。
ターゲット・インディビジュアルに行っている人権侵害、虐待行為は、これらの
国家の極秘の弾圧装置と、我々は考えています。
昨年の演説でトランプ大統領は、『言論の自由が無くなると国は終わる』から始まるスピーチで、
全てのプラットフォームで偏ったセンサーシップコントロールを無くす。
ノーサーベランス(監視)ノースパイアンシビリアン(管理統制)と言いました。
普通に暮らしてきた方々は、いざ知らず、
我々の様に長年月、何の非もなくターゲットとして監視、嫌がらせ、抑制、弾圧、虐待、拷問を受け
人生を失っていた者にとって、本当に希望の光であり、光明のスピーチに感動致しました。
世界は今、格差が広がり差別が、より大きく、また細分化され、平等や共生といった考えは消え、
力による支配が蔓延しています。
それは国家間、企業、個人レベルでもおなじであります。
トランプ大統領の一石が波紋として広がる事を願うばかりであります。
まだまだ我々にとっても謎に包まれた部分、ニューロライツ、指向性エネルギー兵器、
気象兵器、地震兵器等の人類に対する真実の情報公開と法整備、
民主主義の良い形での進化、資本主義のモラルに基づいた変革を進めて下さい。
日本政府に対しても、是非とも戦後の3S政策、WGIP、日米地位協定、日米合同委員会、
外交問題評議会等の干渉から解放し、敗戦国(植民地的関係)から対等の国家へと移行させるべく
アメリカ大統領の立場で、アメリカファーストと同じように、
日本政府に『日本ファースト』推進を頭越しに叱りつけてくれるとありがたいと考えます。
どうぞこれからの4年間をアメリカ国の為、ひいては全人類の為に思う存分、世界を悪の
循環から脱却し、新しい人々のための循環に変えてほしいと願うばかりです。

From the 2020 presidential election until the morning of President Biden’s inauguration on January 20, 2021, I observed and supported you from Japan. I recall that my own Twitter account was suspended during that time as part of the broader wave of censorship.
Recognition of Your Struggles
I am deeply aware of the challenges you faced over the past four years, including election interference, voter fraud, suppression of free speech, malicious media bias, lawsuits, and even three assassination attempts. Your perseverance through these trials to achieve this historic second term is an unparalleled accomplishment.
Targeted Individuals (TIs) and Human Rights Violations
I am the representative of the Japanese organization supporting Targeted Individuals (TIs), those subjected to harassment such as electronic torture, microwave attacks, gang stalking, and other forms of remote, non-contact psychological and physical torture.
Like the victims of Havana Syndrome, there are over 10,000 individuals in Japan who report similar symptoms. However, the Japanese government does not recognize these cases, and the public remains uninformed due to media silence.
Parallels with Abduction Victims
I believe the plight of TIs is comparable to the severe human rights violations faced by Japanese citizens abducted by North Korea. During your previous term, you met with the mother of abductee Megumi Yokota and raised the issue during your discussions with Kim Jong-un.
Censorship and Deep State Concerns
Your 2024 speech emphasizing the critical importance of free speech inspired immense hope among TIs worldwide. Your call for an end to surveillance, censorship, and civilian control resonated deeply with those of us who have endured decades of unjust harassment and suppression.
Advocacy for Global Justice
I urge you to promote the disclosure of classified information regarding technologies such as directed-energy weapons, neuro-rights abuses, and weather manipulation. Furthermore, I request that you advocate for legislative measures to ensure democratic progress and moral reform in capitalism.
Japan-U.S. Relations
As a Japanese citizen, I hope that your administration will push the Japanese government toward greater sovereignty by addressing the historical constraints imposed by agreements such as the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement. A shift from a subservient relationship to one of equality would align with your vision of “America First” and benefit Japan’s independence.

Over the next four years, I sincerely hope that you will lead the United States and humanity toward a new era of justice, freedom, and progress. Your leadership is a beacon of hope for those who have suffered under oppressive systems worldwide.
